If you love chocolate pudding, you’re going to be pleasantly surprised by this clever and incredibly guilt-free dessert! To speed up the process of ripening avocados, place them in a paper bag at room temperature usually for two to five days. The skin will turn dark as the fruit ripens. Only refrigerate avocados once they are ripe, they can be kept refrigerated for up to a week.
