125g (4-1/2 oz) icing sugar
1 egg
1 teaspoon almond extract
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

350g (12 oz) plain flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
100g (4 oz) whole almonds
1 tube red decorating icing
