Easter Flourless Cheesecake
You’ll need: One 8-by-3-inch round cake pan

1 Tablespoon unsalted butter, softened
1/4 pound finely ground blanched almonds
Four 8-ounce packages cream cheese, room temperature
1/2 cup heavy cream
1-1/2 cups granulated sugar
4 large eggs, lightly beaten
Grated zest of 1 lemon
Grated zest of 1 orange
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
