CHOCOLATE FLAN CAKE RECIPE



This cake is dedicated for all the flan and chocolate cake lovers! Follow the recipe exactly. First, pour the caramel in the mold, then the cake batter and carefully pour the flan on top. After baking, the flan and the cake will ‘magically’ invert. Since the flan has a higher density than the cake, during baking it will migrate downward so when you unmold, the flan will be on top. This recipe has been featured in the 13th issue of Desserts Magazine.
